Minimal Focus Breathing

Focus breathing refers to the shifting of angle of view of a lens when changing the focus point. When looking through the viewfinder or watching the image on the screen, the image will turn out like expanding or contracting. This effect will be distracting and undesirable. The Mitakon T/1.0 series lenses are designed to suppress the degree of this effect to the minimal, allowing focus pull without changing compositions.

Extraordinary Mechanical Built

A unified front diameter of 17, 25, 35mm lenses and gear position make the work of focus motor and matte box easier that operators are free from frequent re-adjustment of the settings. The seamless lens gear and long focus throw with precise scale markings will contributes to the painless and accurate operation of focus motor.

Premier Reel Quality

The color contrast and sharpness of the images are much more well-defined than other lenses with the same configuration and in similar price range. The T/1.0 lenses offer pleasant rendering of cinematic reels.

Light and Compact

For 17, 25 and 35mm which is in Super35+ format, the lenses weight from 597g to 615g, which will be great sizes and weight for handheld shooters.
