Refund policy
We are engaged in the sale of professional products for niche industry purposes. All sales of goods are final unless under warranty or explicit protection offered by the manufacturer. In which case, the end user (purchaser) will be connected to the manufacturer to resolve any issue.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are considered on a case by case basis depending on circumstances and product. The opportunity to Exchange is not guaranteed.
Refunds and Cancelations
No refunds as all sales on professional equipment are final.
Orders cancelled by customer request before shipment are eligible for a retained store credit toward the purchase of available items. Otherwise, cancellation and funds return are subject to a minimum 10% processing charge.
In instances where orders that have been shipped are accepted for a return, orders are subject to a range of 15% - 40% restock fees based on manufacturer policies. Return shipping charges are responsibility of customer.
Shipping & handling charges, duties, taxes and fees are not refunded.
