Designed specifically for live events and touring with advanced AV protocols, the GigaCore 18T 16-Port Gigabit EtherCon / RJ45 Managed AV Switch from Luminex allows you to smoothly manage your lighting, video, and audio network. Validated for professional applications such as Dante, NDI, and AES67, the front panel includes four Gigabit EtherCon connectors with four more on the rear panel alongside eight Gigabit speed RJ45 ports.
Two 10G SFP+ uplink ports allow the switch to become the backbone of a fully converged network, where multiple applications can operate on the same network. The ruggedized design makes the GigaCore 18T ideal for frequent tear down and build-up requirements. Two cooling fans help to maintain optimal performance with a 168 Gb/s switching capacity while producing minimal noise.
AV Validated
GigaCore switches are fully validated with major brands for different protocols, including NDI, Dante, AVB/MILAN, AES67, ST-2110, IPMX, MA-Net, and more.
Robust & Silent Design
The two fans are speed controlled to have minimal noise impact and guarantee a long-life operation. This allows you to place the GigaCore in quiet environments such as theaters and studios.
Araneo
GigaCore switches can be managed using the Araneo tool. Araneo's online mode shows what you need to know about your network, with visualized data streams, topology, and port statuses. In offline mode, you can plan the complete network topology and settings in advance.
