The Protective Cap for Quadra Head from Elinchrom is a preventative measure against shock or impact damage to the strobe head's flashtube and modeling lamp. Made of lightweight polymer, the cap bayonets securely on the head in place of a reflector. As a safety measure, the embossed Elinchrom logo can be seen clearly in case the modeling light is turned on.
