1. This is for the repair of an existing item.
2. Once you place your order, then we will email you with an RMA# and shipping instructions so that you can ship your item out for repair.
3. Please note that it may take up to 1-business day for us to send you the RMA# and shipping instructions.
4. You will pay for the cost of outbound shipping on the repair. You can also decide the speed at which you want to ship the item out for repair.
5. Please provide us with any technical notes about the issues that you are having with this product, so that they can be address during the repair of the unit.
6. The repair will take approximately 1-2 weeks from the date of receipt of the item.
7. The repaired unit will then be shipped back to you via the outbound shipping method that you select with this order. (Free, Ground, 2-Day, Overnight).

The Echo Control Processor works with any Unison DRd to provide the flexibility of a modular power-control rack to any installation. With support for control stations, DMX input and Ethernet, the Echo Control Processor can be easily adapted to your needs.
