A must have versatile light stand and boom for the photographer on location or in the studio! The Kupo Aluminum Baby Boom Stand is designed as a regular light stand that can support up to 19.8lbs (9kg) and can also be quickly converted to use as a boom using its second riser pivot. By extending the second column to its full length, you can effortlessly press the lever to reveal a stand equipped with a two-section boom arm which is capable of handling lights up to 4.5lbs (2kg). The boom's adjustable length extends from 43.7in (111cm) to 75.2in (191cm), ensuring optimal adaptability. For added stability during boom operation, an empty sandbag is provided and recommended for use whenever the boom is extended. Featuring a dual 5/8” (16mm) baby receiver with a detachable baby pin on the stand top, this stand allows it to connect with lighting fixtures, softboxes, and other video and sound equipment. Additionally, two cable clips are included to enhance cable management for a tidy setup. Note: Ensure that the boom arm is aligned with one of the stand legs and attach the counterweight to maintain balance for the entire setup.
